No, you cannot put adult content, copywrited material, or DUPLICATE CONTENT FROM ANY OTHER WEBSITE (INCLUDING ANY OF YOUR OWN) on the website you are leasing from Southwest Internet Media. Duplicate Content (i.e. exact wording, sentence structure, cut and pasted material) will adversely affect the ranking of the website and is a violation of your lease agreement with Southwest Internet Media. Southwest Internet Media uses the three strike rule. After violating our terms three times, your lease will immediately become void and your website deleted. There are no refunds if this should occur. Southwest Internet Media reserves the right to alter the Title and Meta Tags for all leased websites for the purpose of maintaining the websites Top Ranking Position. After we have optimized the leased website, it is a violation of the lease terms to remove or alter the Title or Meta Tags. It is in everyone's best interest to maintain Top Ranking Position.
